Customer Service Representative


JOB DESCRIPTION

REPORTS TO:

  • Center Director (or Manager on Duty)

SUPERVISES

  • None

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Welcome customers at entry
  • Create new customer accounts & add minutes to accounts
  • Front desk drink/snack sales
  • Front desk sales of t-shirts and other items
  • Handle customer account issues
  • Accept party and training reservation requests
  • Schedule customers into training classes and gaming nights
  • Other duties as assigned

WORK HOURS

  • Projected: 5 ˝ -7 hours per day, 3 days per week (16 ˝ -21 hours per week)
  • Shifts: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., or 3:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (close), half hour break
  • Assisting with parties, as requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education and/or Background)

  • Experience and comfort with computers and technology
  • Retail experience is desirable
  • Excellent communications skills
  • English-speaking
  • At least 16 years of age

SALARY RANGE

  • $6-8 per hour, depending on experience
